PARE started when I landed my dream job at a major TV studio and then automated it away. After nearly a decade in entertainment, I realized it wasn’t the content or the stories that lit me up — it was the systems. I’d spent years quietly improving how things worked, designing dashboards, automating approvals, and simplifying feedback, not to impress anyone, but because the chaos was slowing creative teams down. Eventually, I left the industry I loved and started PARE to make things feel easier for the people doing the work.
What began as a solo shift from creative to operational has grown into an agency that helps teams design systems that power their creative flow. Today, PARE partners with studios, distributors, creative agencies and content-driven teams to do more of what they love by automating away the tasks they don’t. No chaos. No clutter. Just tools that work — so they can, too.
